Mini Burgula

With over 20 years of experience in AI/ML, Cloud, and Software Engineering, Mini Burgula is working as AI & CloudNative solutions lead at HCLTech. She drives AI adoption for clients across industries including financial services.   Previously, at New York Life Insurance, Mini modernized ML platform infrastructure and deployed various AI systems on AWS. At JP Morgan Chase, she was an Expert Engineer, architecting cloud-native microservices and leading innovation-driving hackathons. At Citi, she helped build a low-latency trading platform for global equities.  Mini is passionate about integrating responsible AI frameworks, ensuring transparency, fairness, security, and compliance. Her leadership has been recognized with awards like the Women of Color 50 Women to Watch (2022) and the New York Life Leadership Award (2023, 2024). She will soon graduate in May-2025 with her second MS in Technology Leadership from Brown University, further strengthening her expertise in AI strategy and innovation.
