My name is Hannah and I’m 27 years old from Skerries, Co. Dublin. I joined the Defence Forces in 2022 as an Air Corps Cadet and completed 18 months of military officer training in the Curragh Camp, Kildare before I could begin my training to become a pilot in Baldonnel. I am currently approximately halfway through my training to become a pilot. Prior to joining the Air Corps I completed a level 7 degree in Bioscience in TUD, and gained valuable experience working in administration and as a swim teacher. Outside of my professional pursuits, I have enjoyed a successful sporting career, proudly representing Ireland as the captain of the Irish Senior Ladies Water Polo Team in international tournaments.
