Ciara Higgins is a 5th Year student from Loreto High School Beaufort in Rathfarnham. Ciara has a wide variety of interests including theatre and history. She enjoys writing and debating and has participated in events such as the Edna O’Brien Young Writers Bursary and the Young Environmentalist Awards.
