Caitríona Mordan, an accomplished leader, is deeply committed to driving innovation and bolstering competitiveness within the manufacturing sector. As Manager for the ATIM (Advanced Technologies in Manufacturing) Cluster, Caitríona has played a pivotal role in accelerating industry digital and sustainable transformation of 70+ companies since the cluster’s inception in 2021. Notably, she led the inception of Dreambig (Digitalisation, Robotics, Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing) in May 2023, bringing together leading manufacturing companies to address the challenge of engaging youth in the sector, with a keen focus on diversity and inclusion. With a diverse career spanning roles such as EU Project Officer at the ADAPT Centre (The Irish Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence) and Dublin City University, Caitríona boasts a proven track record of facilitating collaborative projects and implementing impactful frameworks. Serving as Communications and Public Engagement Manager at Engineers Ireland, she has championed national educational outreach programs and promoted STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) initiatives. Caitríona advocates for curriculum-grounded, industry-informed and community-based programmes to ensure that companies and regions can effectively engage diverse talent pools and achieve their growth ambitions effectively.
