Brenda Delaney

Brenda Delaney is the Vice President of User Experience Design at Fidelity Investments in Dublin, where she leads a dynamic team of UX designers, content strategists, UX developers, and user researchers. Her team supports the Workplace Equity Compensation business, ensuring that user experiences are both effective and engaging. Brenda also chairs the Workplace Investing Diversity & Inclusion Committee, reflecting her commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. Prior to her 20 years at Fidelity, Brenda has previously worked with the National Disability Authority and Windmill Lane Productions. Her educational background is diverse, encompassing Industrial Design, Media Studies, Internet Systems Development, and Product Management. Brenda is passionate about creating usable, useful, and accessible experiences that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes. She believes in the power of cross-functional team collaboration and values customer feedback as a cornerstone of good design. Brenda is a firm advocate for the idea “that good design is good business”.
