Anna Gozdalik-Coakley

Anna Gozdalik-Coakley is a Partner in the Financial Services Technology Consulting Practice at EY Ireland, where she leads the cross-service line AI capability. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex technical transformations and achieve business outcomes through AI-enabled, data-centric solutions. With extensive experience in delivering impactful data and AI-driven improvements, Anna currently supports Irish Financial Services clients in addressing a range of business, regulatory, and technology challenges. She is also a member of the EY Ireland AI Steering Group, which is responsible for shaping EY’s AI vision, strategy, and direction. With over 20 years of experience in AI, data, technology, business processes, and organisational change, Anna has held various senior positions in Financial Services across Ireland and several European countries. In these roles, she was responsible for developing data, AI, and technology transformation strategies, leading complex technology improvement projects, enhancing data and AI capabilities, and establishing centres of excellence to deliver impactful and sustainable business outcomes. Anna is particularly passionate about mentoring women in technology, fostering inclusive teams, and enhancing business results by placing individuals from diverse backgrounds, along with their knowledge and experience, at heart of technology transformation initiatives.
