Her work centres on building high‑performing teams, enabling strong and accountable leadership, and designing people‑centred solutions that drive business effectiveness.
Susan previously held Head of HR roles at Cairn and CityJet, where she delivered international expansion, HR digital transformation, and major organisational and culture initiatives. Earlier in her career, she led employee relations, leadership development, and strategic HR programmes across the UK and Ireland.
