Lieutenant Eva Finn

Eva Finn is a Platoon Commander within the Communications Information Services (CIS) Corp in the Irish Defence Forces. She was commissioned with the 96th Cadet Class in March of 2021 after 18 months of training. She went on to serve in the CIS Corp for the following six months. She is currently in her third year, studying Mechatronic Engineering in Dublin City University. She will start her work placement with the No 4 Support Wing in the Irish Air Corp in the coming weeks. After completing college, Eva hopes to complete a CIS Young Officer’s Course which will enable her to serve at home with the CIS Corps and also overseas in a specialist communications role with the United Nations.
