Ruth D’Alton

Ruth has worked for over 20 years in Human Resources across three different organisations and cultures; initially, with a US multi-national manufacturing company in an Irish and later EMEA role; secondly with Arthur Cox, one of Ireland’s leading law firms, where she worked closely with three different Managing Partners; and more recently with the semi-state company, Coillte, which manages the forests of Ireland, spanning over 7% of the country.  In each of these roles, the importance of embedding organisational values that promote and support Diversity and Inclusion has delivered significant organisational success.  Ruth has both B.A. and M.A. degrees in Human Resources, and an MBA from UCD Smurfit Business School.  She is also a qualified Business and Executive Coach.
