Lynn Dohm is the Executive Director of Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS), where she leads efforts to recruit, retain, and advance women in cybersecurity. With over 20 years of experience as a strategist, Lynn has played a pivotal role in aligning businesses, nonprofits, and grant-funded programs to cybersecurity workforce initiatives and goals. Her accolades include an honorary Doctor of Science & Technology from Champlain College (2024), the SANS Difference Maker Awards for Diversity Champion and People Champion of the Year, and recognition as one of CS Hub’s Top 25 Cybersecurity Leaders. Lynn serves on the CSA AI Initiative and the UMGC CIT Advisory Board, championing diversity in tech and cybersecurity education.
